Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong motivation to work as a Software Engineer, contributing to core algorithm development and software design/architecture within an R&D environment.
- Collaborate effectively with senior software engineers to develop high-quality, production-ready components, algorithms, and new system engines while supporting and enhancing existing codebases.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a reputed institution, with 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in C/C++ programming, along with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Exhibit knowledge of compiler concepts and optimization techniques, along with hands-on experience in UNIX and/or Linux environments.
- Have a foundational understanding of basic digital electronics concepts.
- Possess working knowledge of hardware description languages such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, and VHDL.
- Demonstrate familiarity with parallel algorithms and job distribution techniques.
- Show an understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms and their implementation in data-driven applications.
- Have exposure to simulation or formal-based verification methodologies, which is considered an added advantage.
- Exhibit strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently, along with the capability to guide team members toward successful project completion.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
