Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality analytical inputs to support the development, implementation, and improvement of business processes and solutions.
  • Capture, validate, and document business and data requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic objectives and principles.
  • Analyze, interpret, and visualize large volumes of data to identify insights, support decision-making, and challenge existing business assumptions.
  • Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis to generate meaningful outcomes.
  • Conduct and support options analysis to evaluate alternatives and recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Ensure full traceability and linkage between business requirements and analytical outputs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize current business processes, focusing on delivering the best outcomes for customers.
  • Develop and execute quality assurance processes at various project stages to validate analysis, ensure data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and resolve issues effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possess a strong background in business analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders through audience-specific communication.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in core technical skills relevant to data and analytics functions.
  • Have a minimum of three years of experience in business and data analysis.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of the climate domain within financial markets.
  • Possess hands-on experience in data warehousing, particularly with platforms such as Snowflake and/or AWS.
  • Show a strong passion for innovation and the development of cloud-ready solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent critical thinking abilities along with proven problem-solving skills.
