Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Sign-off & Validation: Independently performed statistical and mathematical model development and validation for retail lending scorecards, ensuring the conceptual soundness and accuracy of the models.
- Re-validation: Led initiatives to enhance the accuracy, availability, granularity, and coverage of the model validation process, while developing automation tools and analyzing data from multiple sources to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Model Risk Dashboard: Assisted in the development and maintenance of a model monitoring dashboard to enable real-time tracking and performance evaluation of machine learning models.
- Code Repository: Developed and standardized code for validation and monitoring activities, ensuring consistency, reusability, and operational efficiency.
- Data Repository: Built and maintained a centralized data repository for retail scorecards, enabling efficient access, management, and utilization of critical data.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 0 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hold a Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, or other relevant technologies.
- Possess strong database management skills, including experience with SQL, Hive, NoSQL, or other relational databases and data warehousing tools such as SAS Viya and Power BI.
- Exhibit an understanding of parallel and distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or H2O.
- Have a solid foundation in statistics, differential mathematics, probability, machine learning, database management, and big data concepts.
- Possess experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, with additional exposure to dashboard development using Python Dash or R Shiny preferred.
- Have exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), which is considered an advantage.

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently on complex problems, from solution design through to implementation.
- Exhibit a strong eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to new domains and problem areas.
- Show the ability to conduct research and develop effective solutions to challenging problems.
