Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of data processing, analytics, visualization, and reporting solutions.
- Support the integration and management of data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and finance, to deliver effective data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates experience with data and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Instabase, or Databricks.
- Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to source, analyze, and visualize datasets to drive actionable insights.
- Has a solid understanding of data management principles and best practices within large organizations.
- Exhibits effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Holds knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices, particularly within financial services or similar regulated industries.
- Demonstrates experience in cash payments, finance, or operations-related environments.
- Has exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, or the integration of data solutions into business applications.
- Shows a strong interest in process improvement and the ability to solve data, process, or finance-related challenges.
