Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction and analyze key financial drivers, leveraging analytics to generate actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, addressing financial challenges and supporting key business initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Contribute to monthly expense and capital reviews by supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyzing variances using operational insights.
- Interpret and analyze financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop a strong understanding of the organization’s financial processes and gain in-depth knowledge of overall business operations.
- Support financial close activities by assisting in book closing, analyzing variances and trends, and preparing forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, corporate policies, and maintain the integrity of both internal and external reporting.
- Apply foundational financial principles to contribute to projects through research and data analysis, while providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Support priority projects under guidance, maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, and communicate insights through standardized reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a four-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent practical experience or demonstrated competence.
- Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Possess or be pursuing professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
Knowledge & Skills:
- Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles, auditing practices, and corporate finance concepts.
- Exhibit proficiency in data analysis, financial analysis, financial modeling, and financial planning.
- Have an understanding of financial services, financial statements, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Possess knowledge of internal controls, investments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Apply skills in process improvement, profit and loss (P&L) management, and variance analysis.
- Demonstrate familiarity with SAP applications and automation techniques.

- Exhibit effective communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
