Key Responsibilities:
- Design and define the technical and information architecture for MIS (Data Marts) and reporting environments.
- Develop and maintain data models and database designs for the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) line of business.
- Support the MIS team in query optimization and the deployment of BI technologies, including Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks, MS SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS, and SSRS.
- Design and develop complex dashboards by integrating and analyzing large and diverse datasets.
- Collaborate with product owners to scope, prioritize, and coordinate development activities effectively.
- Partner with technology teams to identify and implement solutions for building a robust and scalable MIS environment.
- Develop complex queries to support data extraction and processing for dashboards and reporting from large datasets.
- Contribute to Agile practices by sharing knowledge and experience, and continuously improving team processes.
- Advocate and drive the implementation of CI/CD (DevOps) workflows within the team.
- Apply strong expertise in reporting methodologies, data manipulation, analytics tools, and data visualization to effectively present enterprise data.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; candidates from other disciplines with significant experience in BI development are also acceptable.
- Possess strong expertise in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, with 12+ years of experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with data wrangling tools such as Alteryx.
- Exhibit proficiency in data visualization and BI technologies, including but not limited to Alteryx, Tableau, MS SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), Databricks, and ThoughtSpot.
- Have solid experience in querying and managing data from databases such as MS SQL Server, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Possess strong knowledge of database architecture design and the ability to build scalable visualization solutions.
- Demonstrate the ability to write complex yet efficient SQL queries and develop stored procedures.
- Have hands-on experience in building end-to-end ETL processes.
- Demonstrate experience in working with multiple data sources and managing large volumes of data.
- Exhibit the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights and actionable information.
- Possess experience in the end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards.
- Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms and programming in Python is considered an added advantage.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and Power Automate is desirable.
- Possess working knowledge of CI/CD workflows, automated deployment practices, and scheduling tools such as Control-M.
