Key Responsibilities:
- Support the MEA IBT team in managing Install Base (IB) data, including data collection, collation, validation, and sourcing from various inputs such as site walkdowns, repair reports, obsolescence mapping, and shipment records.
- Maintain and update databases by incorporating the latest valve information, modifications, and obsolescence replacement data.
- Ensure data quality by performing thorough validation, cleansing, and quality assurance of imported data.
- Actively monitor team mailboxes to identify and source additional data related to IB tags and part information.
- Support the generation of standard RSPPL reports and maintain organized and up-to-date spares databases.
- Collect and analyze repair report data, capturing key insights such as upgrade recommendations, critical observations, and important notes.
- Utilize site walkdown tools to capture additional Install Base data and support the data upload process into relevant systems.
- Convert historical paper-based or scanned serial records into structured, searchable digital formats (e.g., Excel).
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Generate reports from single or multiple systems and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Integrate current and emerging tools to enhance workflows and optimize data management processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data handling techniques.
- Possess a good understanding of Power Query for data transformation and data cleansing.
- Exhibit strong numerical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development and basic understanding of DAX.
- Have experience in data validation, data cleansing, and data structuring techniques.
- Possess familiarity with process flows, data collection methods, and continuous improvement principles such as Business Process Improvement (BPI).
- Be comfortable working with technical datasets, including serial numbers, parts lists, and equipment-related information (training can be provided).
- Exposure to Power Apps is considered an added advantage.
- Have knowledge of Excel Power Query, basic macros, or other data automation tools.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
