Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, support, and continuously enhance reports and metrics to meet business requirements within defined timelines.
- Transform complex data into clear, actionable business insights using visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight and Tableau.
- Develop and deliver key performance metrics, reports, and indicators (e.g., topline, daily sales flash, P0 reports) to enable effective business performance tracking.
- Analyze large datasets to address specific business queries using tools such as Excel, SQL, and other data manipulation languages.
- Collaborate with global (WW) teams to leverage enterprise tools (e.g., Fortune, TM1) and support region-specific requirements while driving improvements in data insights.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 1+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
- Demonstrate 2+ years of experience in developing complex Excel VBA macros.
- Have experience in defining business requirements and leveraging data and metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Exhibit proficiency in SQL or ETL processes for data extraction and transformation.
Preferred Skills:
- Have hands-on experience working with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Demonstrate experience in handling and analyzing very large datasets effectively.
