Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business objectives and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify new opportunities for growth, efficiency, and optimization.
- Design, implement, and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical methods to enable predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting regular data validation, cleansing, and monitoring activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and insights.
- Present insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Possess proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar technologies.
- Have hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights for non-technical audiences.
- Show the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrate knowledge of query writing and execution using data analysis tools.
- Possess certifications in Data Technology, Agile methodologies, or other project management frameworks.
- Have familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools, which is considered an added advantage.
