Key Responsibilities:
- Support the resolution of client cases by efficiently addressing data integrity issues, missing data, and other related discrepancies for both internal and external queries.
- Process data accurately and in a timely manner by applying knowledge of relevant tools and financial markets.
- Utilize approved sources to identify, validate, and enrich data, or use the data as defined in the established data collection policies.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams to support the efficient sourcing and collection of data.
- Adhere to defined quality metrics and prioritize tasks to effectively meet business and customer requirements.
- Assist in assigned projects and ensure that all defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
- Recommend process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related analytical field (B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com).
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a time-bound environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Possess a strong understanding of financial markets and related concepts.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Communicate professionally and clearly through email and other written formats.
- Work effectively within a team environment and build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Have working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly advanced MS Excel.
- Maintain a strong customer-oriented approach while handling tasks and responsibilities.
- Apply good analytical thinking and data mining skills to support data-related activities.
- Show flexibility and willingness to work in rotational shifts when required.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make timely decisions when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess strong computer proficiency with working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to use internal or in-house databases effectively (training will be provided).
