Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistics to develop next-generation ML-based solutions that enhance advertisement recommendations and improve campaign performance through optimization techniques.
- Analyze and extract meaningful insights from large volumes of historical data to identify solutions for business and customer experience (CX) challenges.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and analysts to define requirements, design technical solutions, and implement end-to-end inference systems at scale.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Machine Learning research, particularly in Ads Bidding algorithms and Recommendation Systems, and adapt these innovations to address business challenges.
- Present and publish work in internal and external forums, effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work on challenging and high-impact projects within the logistics and digital advertising domain.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to integrate data-driven and machine learning solutions into production systems.
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with 0–3 years of industry or research laboratory experience.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities with the capability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions using first-principles thinking.
- Possess strong hands-on experience in applying Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and statistical techniques to solve real-world business problems.
- Exhibit proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as Python, SQL, Spark, and TensorFlow.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying technical concepts.
- Have experience working with large-scale datasets (“big data”) and deploying ML/DL models into production environments (preferred).
- Possess experience in the e-commerce or logistics domain (considered a strong advantage).
- Show familiarity or experience with Generative AI technologies and applications.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining Machine Learning and Deep Learning data products.
- Have experience working with Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Demonstrate strong programming proficiency in Python for data analysis, model development, and system integration.
