Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing agendas and recording minutes for Board, Committee, and Shareholders’ meetings.
- Support the maintenance and updating of statutory records and registers in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Assist in completing and submitting statutory filings with relevant authorities.
- Provide support in ensuring compliance related to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) requirements.
- Assist in ensuring regulatory compliance for Private Limited Companies.
- Support the preparation of Annual Reports for both listed and unlisted companies.
- Track and monitor recent developments in the regulatory framework to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Assist in handling shareholder-related cases such as share transfers, transmissions, deletions, and issuance of duplicate certificates.
- Maintain and organize the company’s physical records and documentation.
- Assist in organizing and conducting Board, Committee, and General Meetings.
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as allocated by the management.
