Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and validate sustainability and financial data in accordance with established process guidelines.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the proprietary database.
- Gather, summarize, and synthesize information from multiple sources to support analysis and reporting.
- Achieve individual and team targets related to quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage and present data effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, Economics, Public Policy, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degrees such as MBA, CA, or CFA are preferred.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated strong research and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data accuracy.
- Good understanding of ESG concepts and sustainability reporting standards.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to interpret and analyze company documents such as Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and meet strict deadlines.
- 0–2 years of experience in a relevant domain.
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI will be considered an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in ESG or sustainability reporting are highly valued.
