Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new or enhanced lending products by leveraging innovative technologies and analytics to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve overall efficiency in the lending process.
- Integrate AI-driven analytics into dashboards to provide real-time insights, automated commentary, and dynamic data visualizations.
- Identify process bottlenecks and optimize workflows by analyzing operational data using AI-powered tools and techniques.
- Analyze unstructured data such as client communications and loan documents to extract meaningful insights, summarize key information, and support regulatory compliance.
- Engage regularly with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and ensure project deliverables align with business needs.
- Monitor and track the progress of tasks and issues in Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolution of blockers.
- Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to define acceptance criteria and validate completed deliverables.
- Work with technical teams to integrate solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Snowflake Inc. technologies into existing workflows to enhance scalability and performance.
- Stay updated on the latest offerings from Amazon Web Services and Snowflake Inc., and recommend innovative tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Have strong knowledge of SQL for efficient data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
- Possess solid experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
- Demonstrate the ability to clean, preprocess, and analyze large and complex datasets effectively.
- Be familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Qlik Sense for creating insightful dashboards and reports.
- Have strong working knowledge of Snowflake Inc. and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Preferred Skills:
- Possess experience working in the financial services, banking, or lending domain.
- Have exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), time series analysis, or advanced machine learning techniques.
- Demonstrate experience with workflow automation and dashboard development using tools such as Alteryx and Sigma Computing.
- Be familiar with version control systems such as Git.
- Have an understanding of data governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Possess experience working in Agile environments or collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of project tracking tools such as Jira.
