Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and document findings to support project objectives.
- Translate client requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with software architects to contribute to project design and solution architecture.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback, insights, and additional requirements.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of innovative product solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have foundational knowledge of ISO 20022 message standards and transaction flows.
- Possess an understanding of multi-scheme, multi-bank, and multi-currency operational models.
- Be familiar with status management processes and acknowledgment mechanisms.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze and document business requirements effectively.
- Collaborate closely with software architects and developers to support solution design and implementation.
- Create and maintain user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Ensure that proposed solutions comply with relevant banking regulations and standards.
- Have experience working with requirements management tools.
- Be comfortable working closely with clients to gather requirements and provide support.
