Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform asset servicing activities in Geneva, including processing principal transactions such as drawdowns, paydowns, and interest payments.
  • Reconcile daily cash balances and positions across all funds using the DUCO platform.
  • Review and manage upcoming activity exceptions in Geneva, including WSO Accelerator updates and contract modifications based on agent notices.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical and accounting-related issues.
  • Ensure all transactions and activities are accurately processed and updated in Geneva, and coordinate with agents, trustees, and internal teams to resolve daily exceptions.
  • Escalate unresolved cash and position breaks to the Manager and onshore team in a timely manner.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and actively participate in training programs.
  • Liaise with global teams to support ongoing projects, system integrations, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possess strong knowledge of Syndicated Bank Loans, Private Credit, and CLOs (Collateralized Loan Obligations).
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in processing transactions using the Geneva software tool, particularly within the Syndicated Bank Debt module.
  • Have practical experience in reconciling cash and positions using DUCO or other reconciliation platforms.
  • Exhibit hands-on experience in manually processing credit facility-related activities in Geneva.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the roles of Agent Banks, Trustees, and Custodians in supporting Private Credit operations.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, with advanced expertise in MS Excel.
  • Show high levels of motivation and the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor, with strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, and multitasking abilities, while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with global client facilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to write clearly and concisely, summarizing large volumes of information accurately and efficiently.
  • Display a willingness to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and while managing multiple stakeholders.
