Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and automate build, testing, and deployment processes to establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure, including cloud environments such as AWS, container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and enable prompt troubleshooting of production issues.
- Collaborate closely with software development, QA, and operations teams to bridge the gap between development and operations and enhance the overall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Oversee and enforce security measures and best practices within DevOps processes to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Contribute to the technical design, planning, and strategic direction of the organization’s DevOps framework.
- Mentor, guide, and train a team of DevOps engineers to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess extensive experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or a related role.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform, and cloud platforms including AWS.
- Have hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Exhibit proficiency in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, including ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Maintain a strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Display excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
