Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative, scalable components within a rapidly evolving technology landscape to enhance system efficiency and performance.
- Write high-quality, production-ready code to support a large-scale cloud platform serving millions of users.
- Design, implement, and optimize robust APIs and related frameworks to ensure high performance and scalability in a multi-tenant environment.
- Contribute across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, code reviews, automation, and testing, within a hybrid engineering model.
- Develop efficient components and algorithms for a microservices-based, multi-tenant SaaS cloud architecture.
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, based on seniority level.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate proficiency in multiple programming languages and development platforms.
- Possess 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and scripting languages, including Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node.js, and C++.
- Have strong SQL expertise with hands-on experience in both relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Trino, Redshift, and MongoDB.
- Possess experience in developing SaaS products on public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrate proven experience in designing and building distributed systems at scale.
- Apply software development best practices and exhibit leadership capabilities in technical environments.
- Hold a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience; overall experience will be assessed based on core competencies, including leadership roles, military service, volunteer work, or professional experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Big Data technologies, Machine Learning frameworks, and Amazon S3.
- Hands-on experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka.
- Experience with Elasticsearch.
- Proficiency in infrastructure and containerization tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing multinational organization.
