Key Responsibilities:
- Identify unmet or unrecognized customer needs and market opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis, and assess the business impact of identified problems.
- Define, drive, and monitor Key Results, success criteria, and performance metrics, collaborating with Software and Hardware Engineering teams to ensure required telemetry and data tracking are implemented.
- Prioritize features and experiences within the product roadmap to achieve defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), while aligning on priorities and resource requirements for successful delivery.
- Collaborate with Design, Software Engineering, and Hardware Engineering teams to iterate on multiple design solutions and facilitate reviews (e.g., UX, system architecture, and data design) with stakeholders such as regulators, engineers, policymakers, and business decision-makers to ensure usability and accessibility standards are met.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering teams to define product release criteria and support customer acquisition and adoption strategies.
- Track product development progress, analyze performance data, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement in feature development, iteration, and implementation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by establishing effective communication channels to gather feedback and insights throughout the product development lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Must have at least one academic semester or term remaining after completion of the internship program.
