Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using n8n and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Develop Python-based AWS Lambda functions to support automation logic, data transformations, and system integrations.
- Integrate automation workflows with internal and external systems using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Deploy, manage, and support automation services using AWS-native architecture patterns and established CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor automation workflow executions, analyze failures, and participate in incident investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code in accordance with established engineering standards and best practices.
- Configure and manage workflow parameters, mappings, and settings using structured formats such as JSON and YAML.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into reliable automation solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into end-to-end business processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and responsible-use policies while developing and maintaining automation solutions.
- Continuously learn and evaluate emerging automation tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance the overall automation ecosystem.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses 0–2 years of experience in software development, scripting, or automation engineering.
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Demonstrates foundational to intermediate proficiency in Python programming, which is required for the role.
- Has hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar automation tools.
- Shows practical experience working with configuration file formats such as JSON and/or YAML.
- Has exposure to backend automation orchestration or system integration platforms, which is considered an added advantage.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
