Key Responsibilities:
- Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze historical business performance and operational effectiveness.
- Identify data patterns and trends, and provide actionable insights to support business planning, process improvement, and solution evaluation.
- Recommend strategic actions and initiatives to support future business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance existing policies and procedures.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), confirmatory data analysis, and qualitative analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Translate complex data into meaningful customer and consumer behavioral insights to support targeting, segmentation, and business strategy development.
- Communicate analytical findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to business partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Continuously enhance business processes and decision strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, monitor, and improve decision-making strategies and business solutions.
- Assess and manage risks associated with business decisions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies, safeguarding the reputation, clients, and assets of Citigroup through ethical conduct, transparency, and proper escalation of control issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or possess equivalent academic qualifications or relevant practical experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess 0–2 years of relevant professional experience in a related field.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Show the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners and team members.
