Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Produce quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Review and post month-end journal entries to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.
- Perform and oversee month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial closure.
- Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage and execute quarterly intercompany accounting processes, ensuring proper reconciliation and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve balancing items and discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
- Apply strong accounting knowledge and experience in financial closing and reporting processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from a recognized institution.
- Possess strong experience in account reconciliations, accounting processes, and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have completed CA Intermediate (CA Inter) and possess significant experience in General Ledger accounting.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Possess strong subject matter expertise (SME) in core accounting principles and concepts.
