Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve analytics processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing automation-driven solutions.
- Perform unit testing to ensure automation workflows and analytics solutions are accurate, reliable, and free from errors.
- Understand, support, and implement analytics process enhancements while driving automation initiatives and optimizing data delivery and accessibility.
- Collaborate with business users and focus groups to ensure analytics tools and solutions provide a seamless, accurate, and user-friendly experience.
- Drive innovation by developing new analytics processes and automation solutions that generate actionable insights and support business growth and strategy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or completed an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline, with Engineering preferred.
- Possess 0–1 years of experience in business analytics, with strong data manipulation, analysis, and summarization skills using Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and quality, along with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter and proactively anticipate and address business needs.
- Have working knowledge of SQL and Power BI, which is considered an added advantage.
- Possess exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies, which would be beneficial.
