Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and requirements or gap analysis to identify business and system needs.
- Support system code builds in alignment with defined technical and functional specifications.
- Perform accurate and thorough testing of new developments and system enhancements.
- Enhance operational effectiveness by creating and maintaining clear and comprehensive user documentation.
- Design appropriate solutions, conduct detailed reviews, and ensure successful validation of outcomes.
- Ensure accurate process mapping to support efficient system design and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to achieve shared project and operational objectives.
- Align with development teams on requirements gathering, system build, maintenance, and ongoing support activities.
- Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and requirement alignment.
- Respond constructively to challenges by considering diverse perspectives and incorporating feedback into decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience working within the Financial Services sector.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding of the Business Analysis lifecycle; possession of a relevant Business Analysis certification is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and convey content in the appropriate context.
- Effective presentation skills for communicating ideas and findings to stakeholders.
- Openness to new ideas and the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- A structured approach to project execution with a solid understanding of data analysis and documentation practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
