Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing historical data: Review past sales trends, stakeholder behavior, and market conditions to identify patterns and seasonal variations.
- Business strategy alignment: Integrate long-term business plans and organizational goals into workforce forecasts to ensure accurate staffing projections.
- Trend analysis: Identify emerging trends and assess their potential impact on future staffing needs, including new product launches or market expansions.
- Capacity and DDI planning: Forecast workforce requirements for future growth and expansion, including identification of potential skill gaps.
- Proxy analysis: Identify proxy states or reference scenarios in cases where workload data is unavailable.
- Scenario and DDI modeling: Develop multiple staffing scenarios based on varying market conditions to evaluate risks and opportunities.
- Developing long-term staffing plans: Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders to plan future hiring needs driven by projected demand and business growth.
- Real-time data monitoring: Track live call volumes, stakeholder interactions, and operational metrics to identify immediate demand fluctuations.
- Predictive modeling: Apply statistical and predictive techniques to forecast short-term staffing requirements using historical and recent data trends.
- Shift scheduling optimization: Adjust workforce schedules based on real-time and forecasted demand to maintain optimal coverage throughout the day.
- Adherence monitoring: Monitor employee adherence to schedules and recommend corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Peak demand management: Proactively adjust staffing levels to effectively manage anticipated high-volume periods.
- Communication and collaboration: Communicate forecasts and insights to scheduling teams and stakeholders through regular coordination forums, including weekly touchpoints for voice and non-voice functions.
- Data visualization and insights: Create impactful data visualizations and dashboards, combining analytical rigor and creativity to deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
