Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Analyst within a feature team, working on CSE initiatives using the Agile@Scale delivery model.
- Communicate effectively and influence outcomes while managing relationships and coordination with global stakeholders.
- Lead and support change initiatives within the team, with a strong focus on improving testing and quality practices.
- Perform requirement analysis and impact assessment for new business requirements as well as enhancements to existing applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst within a feature team supporting CSE initiatives using the Agile@Scale delivery model.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage interactions and relationships with global stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading and driving change within teams, particularly in the areas of testing and quality practices.
- Strong capability in requirement gathering, analysis, and impact assessment for new business requirements and enhancements to existing applications.
Preferred Skill:
- Working knowledge of Java, with the ability to write and understand Java programs.
- Exposure to continuous delivery tools and environments such as Jenkins, WM Regression tools, and GitHub.
- Awareness and practical understanding of Agile modes of software development.
