Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their off-boarding experience through in-app live chat support.
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues and ensure adherence to internal processes and procedures.
- Represent Revolut professionally in all online customer interactions.
- Handle sensitive and confidential customer information with a high level of integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to resolve customer issues and minimize service disruptions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–2 years of experience in the FinTech or payments industry.
- Strong investigative, analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English at a C1 level or above, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough investigations and assess issues accurately.
- Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to work across different shifts as required.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple compliance teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong numeracy skills and high proficiency with IT systems and tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a high-volume, metrics-driven customer support environment, including meeting defined response time and resolution targets.
- Direct experience or formal training in anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) processes, such as CDD, EDD, and source-of-funds checks.
