Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on financial reporting data, including monitoring and analyzing fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) requirements within the Accounts Payable function by completing applicable templates, participating in internal control testing, and preparing supporting documentation.
- Assist in the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices by verifying required documentation and ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained.
- Accurately enter invoice and payment details into the accounting system and support the reconciliation of vendor statements to identify, track, and resolve outstanding payments in a timely manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Process accounts payable transactions with accurate tracking and timely execution to support reliable financial reporting.
- Perform day-to-day activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting timelines.
- Execute assigned analyses and prepare reports, taking appropriate actions based on findings and business requirements.
- Comply with and support the achievement of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) requirements in accounts payable by completing applicable templates and controls.
- Verify vendor invoices to ensure compliance with fiscal policies, internal control standards, and organizational guidelines.
- Demonstrate the ability to organize, coordinate, and support tasks, projects, or programs in alignment with process and internal team requirements.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Be open to fresh graduates with a postgraduate qualification or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience holding a degree in Commerce.
