Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Inflight Resource Planning and Scheduling teams by collecting, validating, and analyzing data related to inflight crew staffing and operational performance.
- Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities by leveraging data-driven insights and analytical findings.
- Support the development and enhancement of analytics solutions to improve organizational decision-making capabilities.
- Provide actionable business insights related to crew productivity, scheduler efficiency, operational reliability, reserve crew utilization, strategic initiatives, and potential labor agreement changes.
- Own the ongoing maintenance, accuracy, and enhancement of standard reports and dashboards used by the organization.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels to understand business needs and deliver analytical solutions.
- Perform day-to-day and monthly analytics and reporting for Inflight leadership, including ad hoc data mining and analysis as required.
- Automate manual reporting processes and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and departmental throughput.
- Support operational performance tracking and resource management activities for flight attendants.
- Design and develop visual presentations, dashboards, tools, and reports for Inflight leadership, frontline management, and cross-functional business teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of data structures, data models, and relationships across datasets.
- Possesses data visualization expertise using reporting and analytics tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, or similar platforms to create meaningful and insightful dashboards.
- Exhibits strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis and modeling techniques.
- Demonstrates proficiency in writing queries and procedures using both traditional and modern technologies and programming languages, such as SQL and Python.
- Shows the ability to analyze and understand business requirements and design analytical solutions that align business processes with measurable and quantifiable outcomes.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Has 0–1 year of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and/or data engineering roles.
