Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver analytical solutions to address and solve defined business problems.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from available sources using spreadsheets, SQL, and other relevant analytical tools.
- Apply descriptive analysis techniques to assess business impact and identify key performance drivers.
- Generate insights that support informed decision-making by improving visibility into business performance, highlighting anomalies, and uncovering new opportunities.
- Document analytical methodologies clearly, including metric definitions, applied logic, assumptions, and data sources, to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with technology teams to support the development and enhancement of portals, dashboards, and online tools, including validation of business logic.
- Communicate analytical findings effectively to team members and stakeholders through clear written reports and verbal presentations.
- Continuously learn and apply analytical best practices to enhance team effectiveness and process efficiency.
- Support knowledge sharing by helping train new team members and contributing to overall team development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrates experience in defining business or technical requirements and using data, metrics, and analytical techniques to derive actionable business insights.
- Possesses hands-on experience with SQL and/or ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Has experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau to create reports and dashboards.
- Demonstrates experience handling and analyzing very large datasets in enterprise-scale environments.
