Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to established software engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and architectural standards.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take end-to-end ownership of code, from design and implementation to test automation and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly software that enables customers to extend and customize functionality according to their specific business needs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, while continuously enhancing and optimizing the existing product portfolio.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates the ability to leverage and critically evaluate the integration of AI into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, including the use of AI-powered tools, workflow automation, and analysis of AI-driven insights.
- Has 0–2+ years of experience working with Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
- Shows a strong passion for JavaScript and the web platform, with a focus on reusability, modular design, and component-based development.
- Possesses solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and performance and scalability considerations.
- Has hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and software design skills.
- Maintains working knowledge of development and operational tools, including IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and basic system administration or Unix tools.
