Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage enterprise reference data maintenance and pricing activities across multiple asset classes.
- Support reference data maintenance and pricing for various asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Foreign Exchange.
- Manage market data feeds, covering both end-of-day and real-time data sources.
- Source and maintain data from third-party vendors while performing internal data updates to support both external and internal data requirements within HSBC systems.
- Maintain instrument reference data pricing and provide ongoing support for existing business-as-usual (BAU) processes.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines while consistently meeting high-quality standards.
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service that reinforces a positive perception of HSBC through accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellent customer service by processing customer instructions accurately and achieving defined quality standards and performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate fluency in English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Have sound knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, and Money Market products.
- Bring hands-on experience working with market data vendor systems such as Refinitiv and Bloomberg.
- Exhibit strong understanding of pricing and rate structures across Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equities, and FX instruments.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.
- Hold a Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or an equivalent discipline.
