Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, support, and monitor key performance indicator (KPI) reporting to track progress against 55ip’s corporate objectives.
  • Design, build, maintain, and enhance dashboards that deliver business-driven metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison with internal teams to gather, document, and prioritize reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Prepare and present ad-hoc analyses for internal and client stakeholders related to client performance, operational efficiency, and technology metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, streamline, and eliminate redundant reporting and operational processes, implementing automation and efficiency improvements where feasible.
  • Conduct trend analysis and advanced data exploration to support client prospecting, drive asset growth, and identify opportunities for operational enhancement.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of insights across all reporting and analytics deliverables.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building reports and interactive dashboards using business intelligence tools, with strong preference for Tableau; experience with Qlik Sense, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools is also acceptable.
  • Hands-on experience querying large datasets using SQL and performing data analysis using Python for both ad-hoc and structured analyses.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a strong willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
  • Prior experience in Financial Services or FinTech is preferred; knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, model portfolios, separately managed accounts, and direct indexing is an added advantage.
  • Experience in building data pipelines and a working understanding of ETL/ELT tools and processes is a bonus.
