Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing client requirements or business problems, and support the development of appropriate client solutions under direct supervision.
- Contribute to the preparation of detailed documentation, reports, and functional or technical specifications.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses under close supervision to help identify client issues and support the development of client-specific solutions.
- Support the design and structuring of presentations tailored to the needs and characteristics of the target audience.
- Proactively build foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through participation in consulting engagements and continuous formal and informal learning.
- Execute engagement-based responsibilities that are closely guided and managed by Consultants, Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared organizational goals.
- Strong understanding of core business processes, their interdependencies, and the influence of internal and external factors on decision-making, organizational growth, and decline.
- Working knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques relevant to the assigned functional area.
- Awareness of current industry trends, market developments, and key competitors.
- Solid understanding of the marketplace, including professional or trade associations, key stakeholders, and leading organizations.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
