Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and validate data from multiple data sources.
- Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, and advanced analytical tasks, including statistical analysis and modeling.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics, KPIs, and business performance.
- Utilize Jupyter notebooks or similar tools to document analytical workflows and deliver reproducible, well-structured analyses.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate summary statistics to support insights and strategic decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through comprehensive validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes.
- Automate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks using Python scripts and scheduling tools to improve efficiency.
- Communicate analytical findings effectively through reports, presentations, and data visualizations tailored for business audiences.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and performance optimization.
- Possesses hands-on experience using Python for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Exhibits expertise in Power BI for developing interactive dashboards, reports, and implementing DAX calculations.
- Is familiar with notebook-based environments such as Jupyter for interactive analysis and technical documentation.
- Has a solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and data preparation methodologies.
- Applies statistical analysis techniques and effectively interprets results to generate actionable business insights.
- Understands data visualization best practices and applies data storytelling techniques to communicate insights clearly.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable working in a 2 PM–11 PM IST shift.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or other cloud-based analytics platforms is considered a strong advantage.
