Key Responsibilities:
- Use advanced analytics techniques to develop data-driven business solutions that enhance understanding of customers, processes, channels, and products.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify, define, and translate business questions, problems, and opportunities into analytics-driven solutions.
- Ensure that new and existing analytics processes are designed to be efficient, simple, scalable, and automated wherever possible.
- Work in an Agile environment as part of cross-functional data and analytics teams, coordinating resources to deliver agreed sprint and project outcomes.
- Deliver data and analytics insights and solutions that create measurable commercial and customer value for the organization.
- Effectively communicate analytics opportunities, insights, and recommendations in a clear and engaging manner that enables business stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Apply modern tools, technologies, and methodologies to perform advanced analytics and improve analytical capabilities.
- Share regular updates with key stakeholders, clearly integrating advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering outputs with business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates a strong passion for data and analytics, with solid knowledge of data architecture, key analytics tools, and relevant programming languages.
- Possesses proficiency in advanced analytics and the ability to convert complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights using appropriate tools and platforms.
- Has good knowledge of the financial services domain, with the ability to assess broader business impact, risks, and opportunities across processes and outputs.
- Brings a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in data and analytics roles.
- Has experience working with customer data to derive meaningful insights and support business decision-making.
- Shows strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Is experienced in translating data-driven insights into clear, business-friendly narratives for key stakeholders.
- Demonstrates knowledge of data engineering, data science, and decisioning disciplines.
- Exhibits strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
