Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of applications across multiple product domains, including Commercial Technology, Safety, Patient, and QARA.
- Provide ongoing application support and services by troubleshooting issues, ensuring timely resolution, and minimizing operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in application testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet defined quality standards and user expectations.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices related to application implementation and support.
- Monitor application performance and proactively recommend enhancements to improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of application implementation, deployment, and support processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity and software tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Commercial Technology, Safety, Patient, and QARA product domains.
- Experience with application testing and validation practices.
- Programming knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, which is considered an added advantage
