Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with trading teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, maintain, and scale risk management platforms supporting multiple business lines.
- Provide hands-on support for tactical initiatives by working closely with day-to-day activities on the trading desks.
- Implement engineering solutions to address complex problems and enable smoother and more efficient business operations.
- Identify, design, and implement enhancements to system behavior, controls, and monitoring capabilities.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving system availability, stability, scalability, and overall performance.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong programming proficiency in object-oriented or functional languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured and logical approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
