Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of HR transformation initiatives, including organization design, workforce planning, and change management programs.
  • Assist clients with advisory services across global mobility, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance areas.
  • Conduct research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop reports and provide actionable insights for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with senior consultants and managers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of client engagements.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of people-centric strategies that enhance workforce effectiveness and business performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor laws, and regulatory developments that impact HR policies and practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA), PGDM, or an equivalent postgraduate degree.

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Possess working knowledge of HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar systems, which is considered an added advantage.
  • Exhibit the ability to analyze workforce data and generate meaningful insights using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or equivalent analytics platforms.
  • Show familiarity with labor laws, employee mobility–related taxation, and global HR practices.
  • Display excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and client groups.

Experience:

  • Have 0 to 3 years of experience in People Advisory Services or related HR advisory roles.
  • Exposure to global mobility, compensation and benefits, or HR transformation projects will be considered an added advantage.
