Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Engineering – Design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React to simplify workflows and dashboards.
- Backend Engineering – Develop and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Java, Golang, or Node.js, ensuring secure and reliable integrations.
- Platform Development – Design and implement platform applications that provide a unified and seamless developer experience across tools and services.
- Toolchain Integration – Integrate DevEx platforms with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory, and ArgoCD to enable frictionless developer workflows.
- Developer Portals – Build or contribute to internal developer portals that centralize access to documentation, environments, pipelines, and observability tools.
- Security & Guardrails – Implement secure authentication mechanisms, role-based access control, and compliance guardrails across all developer-facing services.
- Observability & Metrics – Develop monitoring dashboards to track platform adoption, usage trends, and overall performance.
- Collaboration – Partner with product owners, platform engineers, and end users to rapidly iterate on features that improve developer experience (DevEx).
- Documentation – Create and maintain clear technical documentation and self-service guides to enable developer autonomy and platform adoption.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Have 1 to 3 years of professional experience working as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular and backend technologies including Java or Go.
- Possess hands-on experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Have experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating them with external systems.
- Be familiar with cloud platforms and containerized environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Have practical experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of web security principles, authentication mechanisms, and access control models.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Have experience building or contributing to developer portals, such as Backstage or custom internal platforms.
- Possess exposure to observability and monitoring tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or OpenTelemetry.
- Demonstrate knowledge of API gateways, service meshes, and distributed system architectures.
- Have experience with data visualization libraries and dashboard development.
- Show contributions to open-source projects or the development of internal developer tools.
