Key Responsibilities:
- Build, optimize, and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Alteryx and Automation Anywhere.
- Design and implement scalable and reliable data pipelines to support compliance and tax reporting requirements.
- Integrate data from multiple and diverse sources while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Enable and support business users with self-service analytics, providing guidance on best practices and effective tool usage.
- Document processes thoroughly, share knowledge, and contribute to reusable solution libraries for global adoption.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, and tax specialists to ensure technology solutions align with business and regulatory needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a postgraduate degree such as M.C.A., M.Sc. in Computer Science, or M.Tech.
Required Skills:
- Possess 1–3 years of relevant experience in automation, analytics, or tax technology–related roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in one or more automation tools, such as Alteryx or Automation Anywhere.
- Have strong data analysis and reporting skills using visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Exhibit a basic understanding of tax data structures or regulatory reporting concepts, which is considered an added advantage.
- Show strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a proactive mindset for leveraging technology to solve complex business problems.
