Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and deliver product features across the software development lifecycle.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications, including low-level design documentation.
- Perform coding, unit testing, code reviews, and functional testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure feature and product quality while meeting timelines and delivering the expected scope.
- Handle customer-reported issues and support escalations by conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing defect fixes.
- Work independently while proactively proposing innovative ideas and improvements.
- Actively participate in team discussions, daily stand-up meetings, and other project-related meetings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent field, with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Demonstrate experience using development and quality tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, SonarQube, Git, Jenkins, and unit and functional testing frameworks.
- Possess strong system-level thinking with working knowledge of distributed systems and common software design patterns.
- Exhibit proficiency in Linux environments, NoSQL databases, and advanced debugging techniques, including the use of memory profiling tools.
- Have experience or working knowledge of Diameter, REST, and SOAP protocols.
- Demonstrate a solid background across the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, unit testing, and functional testing.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess telecom domain knowledge, including 3G, 4G, and 5G core network elements, with an understanding of Online Charging Systems (OCS).
- Have exposure to cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and experience working within Agile development methodologies.
