Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support data-driven business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating datasets for new and existing data sources.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and automate or enhance existing business processes.
- Continuously learn and develop skills in emerging technologies, tools, and advanced analytical techniques.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of how data and analytical frameworks translate into real-world business outcomes.
- Proactively propose innovative ideas to introduce new initiatives or improve existing processes and solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 1+ years of experience in data analytics or automation roles.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate knowledge of data extraction and pipelining using SQL.
- Exhibit moderate to advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Have working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R, including scripting, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions.
- Possess hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
Preferred Skills:
- Have experience working in Linux-based environments.
- Possess familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
