Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and drive BI and data analytics requirements that support business transformation and operational excellence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, supply chain, finance, data center operations, cloud infrastructure, hardware, and networking teams, to ensure alignment with shared business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the end-to-end lifecycle, from intake to delivery, to identify opportunities for process, tool, and system improvements.
- Lead and contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at improving data and analytics maturity across the organization.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to generate actionable insights that inform key financial, operational, and strategic decision-making.
- Simplify, rationalize, and automate domain-specific data assets to enable proactive and predictive analytics capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business/financial analysis; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business/financial analysis; OR
- Equivalent professional experience demonstrating comparable skills and expertise.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements applicable to the role.
- Successful completion of the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, product/technology, business administration, or engineering, with a strong preference for a Master’s degree.
- Hands-on experience in demand forecasting and planning-related analytics.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain data, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in data and business intelligence tools and platforms, such as Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, SQL, and big data technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns and trends, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
- Experience defining key performance indicators (KPIs) that are easy to understand, actionable, and capable of driving informed decision-making.
- Proven expertise in building data visualizations and dashboards for practitioner use, leveraging large-scale data handling capabilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver consistent outcomes.
- Strong focus on ensuring capacity availability at optimal cost while minimizing operational risks, surprises, and churn.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional meetings as well as establishing strong one-on-one working relationships.
- Exceptional collaboration and partnering skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions, ask difficult questions, negotiate effectively, and drive aligned solutions.
