Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary liaison with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management, to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Collect, input, validate, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) against established business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to management on budget versus actual performance, highlighting variances, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Assess and communicate the economic impact and compliance considerations related to key business decisions and commercial agreements.
- Communicate Oracle business practices across the organization and monitor processes and approval workflows to ensure full compliance.
- Lead and support the implementation of new processes, procedures, and operational improvements.
Cross-Functional Liaison and Operational Support:
- Act as a key liaison between the OGL Renewals team and Sales Operations, serving as a subject matter expert for the applications and systems supporting the business.
- Provide operational and system support to OGL representatives to ensure accuracy across critical stages of the renewal lifecycle, including pricing, contracting, and booking.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end workflows by minimizing disruptions and proactively addressing process or system-related issues.
Operational Continuity and Process Enablement:
- Support OGL representatives and stakeholders in resolving technical and process-related challenges to maintain operational continuity.
- Reduce friction in the renewals process, enabling teams to focus on core responsibilities with minimal system or process interruptions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Experienced in documenting business and operational processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
