Key Responsibilities:
Data Insights and Reporting:
- Develop, integrate, and analyze datasets from multiple sources to identify key trends and insights related to sales, commercial operations, and financial performance.
- Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel to enable timely, data-driven decision-making.
- Support the development, tracking, and analysis of key performance metrics and financial forecasts to provide actionable insights for leadership teams.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data requirements and deliver meaningful, actionable analytical insights.
- Translate complex data analyses into clear, concise recommendations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to strategic discussions that influence analytics frameworks, reporting standards, and best practices.
Process Improvement and Automation:
- Streamline manual reporting processes and automate recurring analytical tasks using Python, R, and business intelligence tools.
- Enhance data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging data technologies to improve data accessibility, processing speed, and overall performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Possess 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably within pharmaceutical or Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) environments.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and at least one programming language, preferably Python or R.
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Have familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with preferred experience working with industry-specific data sources such as IQVIA.
