Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to established software engineering best practices, including sound architectural principles, code reviews, and unit testing.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to understand detailed business and technical requirements, and take end-to-end ownership of code from design and implementation through test automation and delivery of a high-quality product.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly software solutions that enable customers to easily extend and customize functionality to meet their specific business needs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, while continuously enhancing and optimizing the existing product portfolio.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate the ability to leverage and critically evaluate the integration of artificial intelligence into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, including the use of AI-powered tools, workflow automation, and analysis of AI-driven insights to assess their impact on the function or industry.
- Possess 0–2+ years of hands-on experience in Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
- Exhibit a strong passion for JavaScript and web development, with a focus on reusability, modular design, and component-based architectures.
- Have solid experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and performance and scalability considerations.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Apply strong analytical and software design skills to develop efficient, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Maintain working knowledge of development and operational tools used in daily activities, including IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and basic system administration or Unix tools.
