Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and clarify business and technical requirements.
- Analyze, design, and evaluate solution options, including impact assessments, data and metadata considerations (such as business glossaries, data catalogs, and data quality rules), and a comparison of pros and cons.
- Work closely with product owners to ensure solution designs and implementations are fit for purpose and aligned with business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in data management, data governance, data quality, and data lineage practices.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, including explaining complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in business process analysis and design to support efficient and scalable solutions.
- Solid understanding of data structures relevant to Business Analyst responsibilities.
