Key Responsibilities:
- Align with the Finance Operations function to support accurate financial outcomes through collection, analysis, and reconciliation of operational data and reports.
- Perform financial analysis and transaction reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Support optimization of working capital by providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flows.
- Assist in streamlining and improving billing and invoicing processes across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
- Support end-to-end finance processes covering customer inquiry, sales order processing, delivery, invoicing, and receivables creation.
- Handle cash application processes, including resolution of cash application queries and coordination with customers.
- Apply unapplied cash accurately and reconcile suspense accounts within the cash application process.
- Process customer payments from receipt through final settlement and reconciliation.
- Support the design of finance processes and configure systems to enable efficient creation, issuance, and management of customer invoices and corresponding receivables.
- Resolve routine operational issues by following established procedures, guidelines, and precedents.
- Work primarily within the assigned team under the guidance of a direct supervisor, following detailed task instructions.
- Make decisions that impact individual tasks and deliverables, with close supervision and review.
- Contribute as an individual team member within a predefined and narrow scope of responsibilities.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required by business operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from a recognized institution.
- Mandatory working knowledge of Oracle applications relevant to finance or accounting operations.
