Key Responsibilities:
- Post cash payments accurately and within defined timelines.
- Support periodic and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Analyze and resolve unidentified or unmatched incoming cash receipts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of activities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate and interface with offshore teams as required.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working rotational shifts based on business needs.
- Remain accountable for achieving performance targets agreed upon with customers and management.
- Process Accounts Receivable (AR) customer payments in the SAP ERP system in accordance with defined procedures.
- Meet agreed customer service levels and performance metrics related to payment processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to all standard operating procedures while processing AR payments in SAP ERP.
- Work closely with collectors and Front Office teams to identify issues and drive effective resolutions.
- Provide training to new joiners and resolve process-related queries in a timely manner.
- Support the Team Leader by providing required data and information in the absence of the Process Expert.
- Identify, suggest, and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong learning agility with the ability to think analytically and adapt quickly.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrates a structured and logical approach to problem-solving.
